huhu bloated tummy

my tummy is bloating.. uhuuhuhuh flactuation or might be got other things... hahaha kinda scary when comes to think what is wrong with ma tummy.... i've browse about bloating tummy, the worse part of it it might be some kind of cancer.. Oh NO!!!!!!
